If you’d like to transfer your current prescription(s) to The Chemist Pharmacy, we’d be delighted to have you join our family of satisfied customers. And we make the transfer process EASY and seamless.

Simply call us at 281-969-7346 and let us know you’d like to transfer a prescription. We’ll take it from there. Our pharmacist will call your provider or the pharmacy where your prescription currently is being filled and have it transferred to The Chemist Pharmacy. Or fill out the New Patient Form and we'll be in touch regarding next steps.
